Knocklayde
The 1,685 foot high mountain which shadows Ballycastle is a great spot for the avid walker or climber. The views from the top are breathtaking as you can see the land for miles around, including Ballycastle Forest and also far out to sea on a clear day. You can see the Mull of Kintyre (Scotland) only a few miles off the north east coast if the mist stays away.
